Resort Rentals
In addition to being a community of cottage owners, some of our owners are in the resort rental program. Approximately 30% of our cottages rent to vacationers through-out the year. In fact many of our homeowners start off by renting a cottage, falling in love with Veranda Beach and then buying their own cottage.
