A few recent updates you should know…

• Architectural Design Guidelines – The Board updated our Architectural Design Guidelines, at its October meeting, to address outdated guidelines and align more closely with current issues.

• Enforcement and Collections Policy - The Board adopted a new Enforcement and Collections Policy, at its October meeting, to ensure the HOA could optimize its enforcement and collections efforts and align with current HOA laws and procedures. Homeowners were sent a copy of these policies by regular mail and email.

• 2025 BUDGET – The Board will host a special 2025 Budget Ratification Meeting on Saturday, December 14th at 10am with electronic voting immediately following. The HOA staff, Finance Committee and Board have worked hard over past couple of months to present the 2025 Budget. At the Board meeting on November 26th, your Board of Directors adopted the proposed 2025 budget. Please watch for an email from Rhonda on or around December 2nd that will include a budget ratification package.

• 2025 EVENTS – The Fun Committee is working hard to prepare for 2025. Calendar coming soon! You can find the current Events Calendar HERE.

• PARKING – Please remember that our parking rules are in effect ALL YEAR. Veranda Beach roads and lanes should be used only for temporary loading and unloading, then vehicles must be moved to provided parking areas.

• EV Chargers – Payment systems for our EV chargers have been successfully installed on all pedestals and are now operational!

New Year's Eve Fireworks

In an effort to ring in 2025 with MORE OF A BANG, Board Member, Tyler Martyniuk, is collecting funds to make this year's New Year's Fireworks display the best one yet.

Because we don’t have the capacity and personnel to monitor everything happening in the community at all times, we rely on the community to follow the guidelines we have in place, and let us know as questions and concerns arise, so we may investigate and remedy those issues.

Our family has been busy getting back into "real life" with the kids back to school, hockey, soccer, music, and church youth group, but we're still channeling "vacation mode" at times in this off-season! We hope to see you at the lake during the holidays.
